The staff were wonderful. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because they didn't tell me until the morning after they neutered my cat that he had to have paper litter. Luckily the local store had one bag left! I think it would be better to tell the owners when they make the appointment so it could be planned for.

I have lots of friends that take their pets there I find their stuff nice enough they're busy and don't have time to fraternize and from what I've heard from my friends the doctors amazing I will be taking my dog there

They were so caring and compassionate when I had to bring my 15 yo dog Mandy to put her sleep. It was hard and they understood how I felt and very supportive. I wud recommend this place. They r very caring.
