Tried to call them this morning about scheduling some Network Backup Service but the fellow that picked up said something about a cars extended warranty as if I was a telemarketer. Super rude and unprofessional, I can only imagine they treat their customers the same way. I feel bad for their managed services clients.

Call. This. Guy. if you suspect network problems or interference. Came quickly, fixed the issue AND explained how to prevent it again. We were so impressed. Highly Recommend Greg. One of the good guys.
