The recipient of the flowers I ordered was not home, but I thought she would be. Smits called me to make sure she was home and I told them yes. Upon notification that she was at the doctors I called Smits back. the driver was just ready to deliver them. They told me to call when she was home which I did about 2 hours later and delivery was made. The weather was 17° and I knew the flowers would not survive if left outside. They worked with me. And the flowers made it to their destination when someone was home. Very polite on the phone and the flowers were gorgeous. Would highly recommend.

I ordered flowers for out of town (Lexington), to be sent to my daughter’s work for her birthday. They were gorgeous! She said she couldn’t stop looking at them! I highly recommend Smits! My whole family has used them for decades!

I love this greenhouse!!! It’s beautiful, & the people that work there are so nice! Good prices, cheaper than Walmart & better plants cause paris Walmart only has dead ones lol
