I was told they are great go tell them I sent you. Well I went and was treated like I had a disease or something. All the women said they were only part time and weren't taking clients. Not friendly at all.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this barbershop. Waiting for 45 minutes outside in the cold was not only uncomfortable but also highly disrespectful. To make matters worse, when the barber finally arrived, she immediately locked the door behind her without any explanation or apology. The lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed in this establishment is truly perplexing.***Edited for your reply:Yesterday, I phoned you at 11:00 am to make a booking. The person on the other end informed me that the sole available time slot was at 7:30. I arrived at your salon at 7:00 pm, and I was told that you had temporarily left but would return shortly. Ellen is a professional. She listens to her customers and gives a great hair cut. We always have interesting conversations. I took my mom to get a perm for Mother's Day. My mom is 83 and has thinning hair , which she is self conscious about. Ellen took that into consideration when suggesting a style that looked beautiful on Mom. My mom was so happy. Thank you Ellen for making my mother feel good about herself.
