My experience with this bank was very mixed. They were great to work with when I obtained my land loan, which is why I returned to them for a consolidation loan. Unfortunately, the process for the consolidation loan was extremely frustrating.

It took nearly two months to receive any updates on my loan after approval. After I was informed that my home was appraised for more than my request, a closing date was scheduled. However, the closing was postponed twice, with additional documentation requested each time.
