After losing a good portion of our roof due to wind Chad was the only roofer in town willing to help us prove to our insurance company that it should be a full replacement. From the first call he was honest, dependable and timely. That first impression wasn’t just for show. He truly delivered on every single promise. Hands down West KY are the best roofers . Chad clearly explained to me what the problem was and gave me a solution.
