“We have trusted LOAC with all our pets. When our dog Ozzy was diagnosed with cancer they were so honest and upfront about everything. The vet, Dr. Rodgers, would even call and check on him. When it was time we took him back and the process was so calm. Afterwards we received a card signed from the whole staff and they made a paw print that was sent with his ashes. It was very kind and has made us a customer for life. We now take out cats there too.“

I was so impressed with the facility and kindness of Gretchen that upon booking boarding I booked grooming with Peyton. One of our dogs is a ball of nerves and can usually only last for face, feet, and fanny… However, Peyton knocked it out of the park and got a whole body cut!

Lastly, picking up two hyper dogs with a sleeping 3 month old baby is A LOT! Gretchen and another employee (sorry didn’t get your name) helped with the dogs and our supplies!
