I contacted Mrs. Vannerson who sold me my system and within hours she and an amazing technician were at the house and fixed my issue. Best customer service ever. I will for sure stay with Vector. Thanks Jennifer for assisting me.

I was having problems with my outdoor camera and needed a technician. Brad tried to assist me over the phone but the camera wasn’t responding, so he notified my local office that I would need a service call. Meghan called from Vector Paducah and was very polite, setting up my appointment without delay. Today Patrick the Vector Technician arrived at the designated time and had my camera back up and calibrated in no time. Patrick was very nice and extremely system knowledgeable, a real pleasure to interact with. Thanks Vector for a job well done. Derek, you run a first class team!

Patrick was our technician that came out for our service call. He went above and beyond and was an absolute pro! People truly are more important than software and hardware and Vector security hopefully recognizes that.
