Great communications from the consult to the installation. Super clean install and an extraordinary product. Sensors cover a building wirelessly from about 300 feet away. Panel and phone app are fast and well thought out. Top notch!

Brian has been very helpful with our install and coming right out to fix the issue that we had (was our fault with our WiFi, not his -and he still corrected it ) he even went above and beyond fixing some other small things that I could have been directed to do myself, with the app and personal settings. He Took his time and was very professional. Jennifer has stayed on top of everything as well from selling the system and scheduling and getting us the extender we neededPrice is very reasonable, and camera systems are awesome. Would recommend ?

The service technician was very cordial, knowledgeable and willing to share the intricate technical facets of the system to help us better understand how everything works. He was very efficient and courteous as he successfully addressed our issue. This was a very positive visit and he appeared to be a very valuable part of the Vector team. Excellent in every way!
