True North offers a beautiful space to practice and learn! The teachers are thorough, thoughtful, and caring. The studio is clean, easy to access, and full of helpful equipment for all levels!

True North has such a wide range of classes for all types of yoga and levels. They're always very kind and encouraging. I've learned so much about the proper techniques and alignments that have totally transformed my practice!

Everyone should try yoga!!! I never thought at my age that I could do it but thanks to the wonderful teachers at True North Yoga, I have learned so much and realized everyone CAN DO YOGA!! It is hard to put into words what yoga has actually done for me in just a short time. It has helped me physically, mentally and emotionally and now I am hooked. Try True North Yoga for yourself!!!
