So thankful to have my amazingly talented stylist back. Shelly just joined The Hair Factory crew and I'm ecstatic to have already gotten in my first appointment. The place is simple and there's a really laid back vibe. It's a change of pace from the last place I was seeing Shelly at, but it's a welcomed change. Quaint, simple, but cute. They also have complimentary coffee and they had little clementines available next to the coffee, as well. The station is nice and roomy so it made it much easier and quicker for Shelly to get to the products she used and that was nice. I'm very happy with my first visit. If you are looking for an uplifting experience go see Amanda Jett for a make up overhaul. She was very attentive, knowledgable, pleasant and professional. After asking alot of questions, she picked out what she thought would be a good fit specifically for me. Amanda didnt try to sell me anything. it felt more like show and tell but it was all about my skin, my face and how I wanted to look. What I did buy, I knew felt good and looked good before my purchase. It's been almost 2 months and I still love everything I bought and even though it all gets almost daily use, you can hardly tell I've used any of it.
