Excellent customer service - the technician introduced herself before starting, and described each step she would be doing. Very kind and courteous service. She was very thorough all around the exterior of the house in her application of the pest control product.

I have had Service through this company for almost 9 months now and the Technician that originally was coming here every time did not do a good job at all and was NOT thorough. However Ben come out past week for the first time to my home and absolutely did amazing. He came in my home,moved everything and made sure he did his job very well. I cant definetly tell this man cares about his clients and he has work ethic. For the first time in 8 months,I actually have hope that this problem can be resolved.
