I'm not going to going into detail what went wrong as I did originally. I'm updating this posting and increasing my rating because I called the owner and she is going to fix this problem of mine and I appreciate it so very much. I will be updating my post after the issue has been resolved.

She was patient kind very knowledgeable of every color every hairstyle. Just Brilliant friendly . Helps in every way. Texted my daughter all the directions of how to take care of her hair. Will never go to anyone else !!! Just live this lady !!!
