Excellent experience! The crew messaged offering to arrive earlier than scheduled which worked better for us. Once here, they both were very polite and communicative. They were careful not to damage any thing and explained what they found after finishing. I expected them to describe worse findings than actually were there so we would schedule them to come back sooner. Surprisingly, this wasn’t not at all true. I believe they gave honest feedback which was reassuring. I definitely recommend them.
They absolutely done a phenomenal job. There was only one place that was not cleaned. It was in Den and that was the room I really needed clean. They done great though and it was just an overlook. They had to put up with my hubs and he loves to talk. Would have them come anytime. My last name is Oliver not James though.
Dondre and Dustin was amazing was here in time did a very thorough job . Very professional and nice ! I will defiantly have them both back . I will recommend them for duct work cleaning and your business for carpet and dryer vents . We have had all 3 done we love Stanley Steemer . Brad and Jennifer zettle
