The young man that came out was so polite and professional! He explained everything and gave me a written explanation with the price and part costs. The woman on the phone knew I worked the nightshift so she texted me. That in itself was awesome. Working nights makes it tough to make appointments, and she was so kind and they have worked around my work schedule. I really appreciate their kindness.
