I come here to have some papers printed from an email. The guy and the girl that help me was super nice. It only took about 5 minutes for everything. Always a helpful and nice person here.
Do not use for any kind of FedEx shipping. I recently used this location to ship some archery equipment home through FedEx, since they where listed as a shipping center and it was right across the street from where I was staying. Not only did it take the kid behind the counter 15min to figure out the system but he also screwed up the information and listed the declared value of my $3200 bows and case as $0!! (So now I essentially have no insurance on it) By the time I caught the error, fedex had already picked it up. Promises where made by a manager to call fedex and remedy the situation. Giving one star bc I have to give them something. I have a long list of things to get & have been wandering for an hour. I've also been passed by 4 employees all talking to each other. Horrible customer service!
