Excellent communication! Provided accurate eta and photo of service technician before he arrived. I really appreciated that for security reasons. They promptly let me know when the work was finished and the result. I highly recommend!
William and Charles were great! They got our heat back running right away on a very cold, wet, and windy day. They kept me informed on every step. We're very grateful for LHA and their wonderful employees!
After getting the initial issue fixed, another arose that kept our home from heating up. Lee's sent 2 additional crews to diagnois the problem, after dark, in the snow, and are implementing a plan to fix said issue. Wonderful guys and very good service.
