Mr. Boyd helped my wife and I out with her phone when the screen decided to go crazy. Only issue was with the phones facial recognition camera but that was beyond his control, phone was just old. He even took $20 off an already very reasonable bill because of it. Highly recommend. I’ll certainly be going back for all cell repairs.

We were sick with stress when our iPhone went down on a Sunday! We called Tom and he quickly responded and we were able to drop off our device immediately!!!! Our problem was totally fixed a few hours later just as Tom had promised! We were so relieved to have our problem fixed so quickly!!!! Tom was very professional and reasonably priced!!!! We were so thankful for him!!!!! Trustworthy guy!

I took him my IPhone 11… I decided kind of at the last minute, and he STILL took me right on the spot and told me to come right on over. He went above & beyond to help me after another local person in town who SUPPOSEDLY does the same thing, flaked on me, after we agreed the night before on a time & price & then just never answered the phone or answered any of my messages… so thank you Alex Duncan, if you hadn’t been so unreliable, dishonest, unavailable and proved all of the bad reviews around town exactly right basically by being like this why never following through with your word…or knowing anything about business or how to handle it, I would have... read full review
