-Communication and coordination of project times and team arrival was very clear. The team showed up exactly when expected and only adjusted times due to weather (exterior work). They held very consistent schedules each day from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. I could tell the workers took breaks at the same time each day and were keeping a solid pace throughout the entirety of the work.

-Quality work. Mark ensured that we were satisfied with the work that was completed, and even came back an extra day to touch up some areas to ensure the final result was to their high standard.

-Clean up after was very easy. Mark's team were careful not to leave messes and used appropriate care during the project to ensure paint only ended up where intended.
