“We had some storm damage and called Resistant Roofing to come out and take a look. They were quick to respond and confirmed we needed a new roof after an inspection. Danielle took care of all things insurance related and fought insurance to pay for parts they were not going to initially cover. She was also helpful in picking out a roof color that matched the color of our house and would be timeless for years to come.

Communication from Audrey and all members of the Resistant team was top notch. Materials arrived the day they said it would and installation was set for the next day, but Mother Nature had other plans with rain, rain, and more rain. They stayed in daily communication on potential installation dates and were apologetic of the weather delays.

Installation was a breeze. The team showed up exactly when we were told they would and were very accommodating to us being at home and having to leave and come back several times. Justin stopped by to check in and kept me informed on the work being done and the timeline to completion.

After everything was done, the cleanup left no trace they were ever there. The process from start to finish exceeded all of my expectations and made the whole experience painless. Thankful for Audrey and her team!“

He brought samples to me twice and was so kind and patient with my chaos of shingle choice and choosing a color (ultimately my husband’s choice was Charcoal and I’m so happy he changed my mind). When picking up large equipment from my home, John and Kyler inspected my roof and did an additional even more thorough cleaning checking my property for nails and once again blowing any leftover debris off all surfaces.
