Dr. Allen did surgery on my service dog not even 3 hours after having his eyes dilated... He cut tendons and didn't get a needle, UNDER THE SKIN" out, and basically took my dogs back leg. I had to go to Dr. Ceglinski, where he did another surgery to "Try" to fix the mess. Thanks, Dr. Allen
