“Every time I called for help everyone was super kind and helpful. I had a bill that insurance hadn't paid go to collections, so I paid it. After nearly a year the insurance sent a check to US Credit Bureau. US credit bureau helped me coordinate everything I needed to ensure I get a refund for my payment and the people I spoke to where very kind, looked for ways to help and did so quickly. When I had to leave a voicemail they always called me back. Thank you!”
