We LOVE our new Sun Windows! Ability to have casements that look like double hungs, multiple color options, and nicer exterior than other brands. These windows added value to our home. 5 Stars!!!!
We are new to Florida needed some large sliders looked at that was hard to open. Our neighbor suggested a company so we called and the owner came out and said he couldn’t do anything there was issues with the entire wall frame but was glad to quote our windows and front sliders to be replaced. Called Sun Windows Kyle came out and to our surprise he was able to order the part and fix the doors. WOW. We were impressed since my husband was running a business before customer service became an “exception”. Instead of the “norm” this was again “WOW”
Sun doors has been excellent to work with. Our dealer supplying the doors and windows for our new construction home refused to replace a door handle that was never delivered amd wanted us to pay for it. I personally reached out to Sun doors and they had the problem resolved within 2 minutes. Excellent customer service and super nice about everything. I will gladly recommend and purchase Sun products in the future
