I enjoy the detail they place into showing the proper techniques of Yoga and helping each of us to understand why we do Yoga this way. I almost can't go anywhere else for classes because my expectations are elevated. Most recently I attended Deep Rest & Restore....I was quite impressed. It is great for ridding yourself of stress & I love the oils.“
