Very caring, very thorough, very professional, always a great experience after 5 plus years we have been going there. We especially love the bedside manner of Dr Steven Shake. The staff is great—very helpful, and willing to work with me. I have small indents is my head due to Muscular Dystrophy, and I use a walker. The staff people are so patient and worked with me to get the exact pair of sunglasses I wanted, and fixed a pair of glasses I wanted new lenses (a new prescription) in. I’m terrible with names, but I think her name is Heidi (she has a cool nose ring, like me) is the best. She’s friendly and helpful, takes the time to listen to me, which is so important. Everyone loved the joke about a kid seeing my overweight husband in a a bright yellow rain jacket and the kid asking his mom if he was Winnie-the-Pooh.
