Randy saved my Family Thanksgiving. Got a recall notice on my stove and was instructed to not use the unit was fixed. He was so kind and made a very long trip to make sure my stove was back in a safe condition. So grateful for his kindness. He was in and out in less than an hour. Left the area super clean. Had an issue with my fridge not holding its temp but the freezer compartment was. Gave the Mr. Appliance guys a call and had an appointment set up instantly. Appointment was set for just a couple days ahead, they even called the day prior and offering to come then since they had on opening; however i had work so i couldn’t take them up on it. Alex was the worker that had came by and man he’s a good dude, he was very respectful and walked me through the whole process of what he noticed was wrong, what that part is intended to do, and what he’s going to do to take care of it. 10/10 would highly suggest these guys, Alex busted his ass so i could enjoy a cold drink.

Great service. Had a sick employee but still fit us in on our original service date. These guys go over and beyond and are extremely knowledgeable about their work. $2000 for a new refrigerator or fix it for an 1/8 of the cost. Thanks Mr. Appliance.
