Our Samsung washer died two days before Thanksgiving. When I called Mr. Appliance, I was prepared to wait until after Thanksgiving before someone could come and repair. I was thrilled Mr. Appliance returned my call that afternoon and they sent Randy out that afternoon! Randy is very professional and knowledgeable on repairing appliances. He has looked at our Bosch dishwasher and repaired our Samsung dryer before. Cannot go wrong with this service.Becky M

Alex was wonderful. He figured out what the problem was within 5 minutes of being here. He ordered the parts right away and within a couple days was back at my house fixing my dryer. The whole process was so quick. He also showed up at the exact time he said he would which is very important to me. The price wasn’t bad either. It was much cheaper than buying another one. I highly recommend these guys if you need your appliances fixed and can’t afford to buy a new one.Service: Dryer repair
