“I’ve been training at Budo Trafitional Karate for almost 2 years. Sensei Renfrow has devoted his life to share his knowledge and life experience to make us all better people. I have learned so much about karate as well as myself in a short period of time. I have met many friends along the way and we will learn and continue the journey with one another together.

Thank you Sensei and Jamie. Without you the dojo would not exist and we would be missing out on a very important part of something we have grown to love.
