We loved receiving the text that they were on their way. Along with the text you receive a picture of the tech that is coming. This is a great feature that is done for their customers.All of the gentlemen that came to our house to install our unit, were very nice and the installation was completed in a timely manner.Unit came in sooner than expected, yeah!
