Wow!!! My four legged friend and I just got back from our first visit to East Side Animal Hospital. You can call me highly impressed! Everyone there was super friendly and extremely professional. Unlike our previous vet, ESAH was very thorough and communicated all aspects of my dogs health to me in an understandable fashion. East Side Animal Hospital is a locally owned practice, not a corporate entity. Their rates were reasonable and medication provided were within acceptable rates. I highly recommend Dr. Simms, who examined my dog.
Dr. Marsh and his staff were the kindest and most compassionate staff to my family when it came time for our sweet boy to cross the rainbow bridge. This was the first time we had met the entire staff, but they treated us all like we had been there for years. I wholeheartedly say we have a new vet for the rest of our dogs because of the experience we had during this time. Thank you, all, for your love and compassion for what you do!
Very appreciative of Dr. Marsch for being so kind and patient with us when we had to put our dog to sleep after hours. He was on call for our vet and wasn't familiar with us or our dog, but he made a heartbreaking situation more bearable - he gave our dog a snickerdoodle cookie, he explained the process with care, he treated our dog with compassion and understanding, and he gave us as much time with him as we needed. If we weren't already established with a vet for the past 20 years, I would consider switching to Dr. Marsch based on our experience with him at such a difficult time. Thank you, Dr. Marsch.
