Bruce's Tri-State Roofing

I made the mistake 4 years ago of NOT using Bruce's. That independent roofer would not respond to messages for the semi-annual roof check after collecting a multi-year 'maintenance' fee for my roof. I've learned.Anyway, took a few days for Bruce's to get here, but I also know they are backed up. The guy was super professional. Arrived exactly when said would and took of the problem immediately.Also warned me of a few maintenance issues need to address that could lead to other problems.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

It took a very long time for them to get started. They kept forgetting to cover the roof for when it rained. As for the crew they had working they were exceptional! They did it very quickly and let no mess. Very respectful and cleaned up some trash that wasn't even from their crew. Awesome crew working for them. Very ??

Once I found my way upstairs, which was a bit of a circuitous and not so welcoming route, a very helpful lady waited on me. 4 out of 5 stars does not describe the level of service, which would be 5 out of 5. 4 out of 5 describes their need to have better signage which directs the public upstairs. All in all a terrific experience!
