Last Monday morning I took my cat in on an emergency basis. My cat had been missing two days in extreme heat and had when she returned she had an acute onset of loss of balance where she could not stand or walk without shaking and collapsing. Upon arrival I filled out paperwork and verified my regular vet had sent over my cat's records. After about a 30 minute wait I was led to a room where they took my cat for vital check. After about 15 more minutes the vet arrived. He looked at my cat, swabbed ear ears and left to check for infection. No infection was seen. The vet gave me the option to have bloodwork to test for infections and kidney failure (possible heatstroke).... read full review

Zero stars. Honestly it's ridiculous how long you have to wait because "technically they have only one vet" whatever that means. Waited 2 hours. Dog is actively in pain, panting and has a fever. On top of have severe pain his neck from last visit 3 days ago not able to move his neck and is stiff as a board which I find super weird. Came in with gastro issues and did not even bother to take a parvo test and now showing a-lot of signs but thank god he did not have it. So already racked up over $1000 billion from last visit and just sent him home with antibiotics..... communication between the whole place is bad. And when it was time for the vet to see him... read full review

If you value your animals lives, do not bring them here! We waited one hour before we finally left. Our dog was actively bleeding and they said it would be a 3-4 hour wait. We weren't even told until we asked for the deposit back because at that point it was more about our dogs health.
