Huge shout out to Derrick Jay at Studio West Tattoo in Nicholasville!! I needed a portrait quality inking of my recently passed Doggo, and Derrick delivered. He was super easy to work with and has a gentle touch. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Absolutely stunning work! Taking a rough idea and bringing it to life better than can be imagined! Great overall experience as well. Super personable, non judgmental, and just a fantastic 10/10 experience!

Ok, technically I didn't get my work done AT Studio West although John West DID do these two pieces for me before he became his own boss. I LoveLoveLove them both and get more compliments on my lotus than any other artwork on my body. Nearly five years later John's lines are still bold and crisp. I constantly recommend him to friends and family. My daughter is wanting a tattoo for her birthday present this year and there is nobody I would rather take her to for not only the ink but also the entire experience, and we live 100 miles away in the Greater Cincinnati area with a plethora of tattooists to choose from.
