This place has destroyed my wedding dress. All the beads came off will never use them again. It would be fair for them to refuse the job if they do not know how to handle it. There are also new dirty spots on my sleeve that were not there.

We have been going to Newport Cleaners for years and have loved it however they must be under new ownership. The lady who is there daily is completely rude and seems put out to do her job. We won’t be back as long as she is working there.

This is my second time taking my husbands suits and jackets there and both time I’m not just disappointed but really upset. The jackets look like they have been chewed up. The first visit the suit pants were pressed wrong and it took me forever to restore them by washing it and ironing it myself and its horrible when you have indentations and pressed pockets seen on the outside of the jacket that you can’t really fix because the material on the outside have been pressed so hard that it looks like the material has been pretty much set to stay like this because of the heat. Now my white jacket looks like it’s been thrown in the wash and taken out with wrong water...read full review
