Gretchen does an amazing job every time I see her. My shoulders, back, arms, legs are so much more relaxed. My daily headaches disappear and she's done wonders for my ACL replacement rehab!

It was a great massage and I felt wonderful the next day. Just was a little sore the day after but I think that's normal. The masseuse asked me how I was feeling, where I was sore, etc. and gave me a massage according to that. I didn’t receive a full body massage but I was very happy with the focused massage as not all massage places offer something more focused for me specifically.
