My mother loves the southern tradition of having a corsage for Mother’s Day. I wanted to get her one the Saturday before so it would be fresh, and I’ve never had a problem finding one before this year. Unbeknownst to me, Mother’s Day weekend also fell on local prom weekend. I could not find a corsage anywhere and I popped in to Nicholasville Florist before meeting my Mom after exhausting all other local options in hopes they had some for sale. I saw corsages in a storage fridge and I thought, perfect! This is great! But then I realized these were all prom pickup orders. I asked if they had any available for purchase, but everything was made to order. They mentioned I could place an order, but as I was on my way to meet my mother, it wasn’t really an option. I was about to give up on my corsage search and was feeling really defeated, when one of the ladies offered to make one for me on the spot! The corsage she made was beautiful and perfect and my mom loved it and gasped when she saw it! She was so happy and proud to have a corsage to wear for Mother’s Day! They absolutely saved the day! I am forever grateful for their kindness.
Kelley did a beautiful job our daughter’s wedding flowers! The arrangements in the front of the chapel, the bouquets, and the groomsmen’s boutonnières were just breathtaking! The reception table arrangements were beautiful as well. And she even did a gorgeous arrangement for a focal piece on the cake table! Kelley went above and beyond our expectations and helped make my daughter’s wedding just perfect! Thank you Kelley!!
