I took my 15yr old son today and was extremely impressed with the start to finish. Scheduling was easy, wait time maybe 5min, receptionists were pleasant, the hygienist was very friendly and knowledgeable, the Dentist Dr. Westbrook was awesome. She explained things and actually sat back and looked at you when you would talk and when she would reply. I have taken my kids to many dentists and they all seemed cold, judgmental, and act like they are better than you. This is definitely NOT the case with Dr. Westbrook! She actually cares and it shows, she made sure we had all our questions answered, and she is so pleasant and she jokes around with you. She does not act like she is better, she treats us as if we were her friends. All of the staff made us feel welcome and cared about. Hands best bedside manners at Hometown Dental Brannon Crossing!
