We bought a foreclosed property and in order to get the utilities turned on we had to have it inspected by an electrical contractor. The woman from D&D who assisted me was very familiar with the process and told me exactly what, when and how they would go about it. The electrician was able to do his inspection without me being there which was wonderful since I have two small children. He called when he had completed his inspection, told me his findings and then communicated directly with the electrical company to get service established.
