For the first couple of times our builder had installed some venting incorrectly. Figuring out why we were having problems required much problem-solving and even more headaches to fix it. On all the visits, the staff was professional and timely and very, very knowledgeable.

If you are looking for truly superior Heating/Cooling company - stop, because you just found great one. I had to change double furnace heating system in a hurry, got a little bigger house. Guys - crew show up on time. Very professional, absolutely helpful with a lot of “practical” maintenance hints, super knowledgeable and … nice! Price was very competitive (!!!) they will NOT “milk customer” and there are NOT “pushy” to make sale (!). We have moved to Paris KY from Chicago and we do know what we are saying! Bottom line - please use this company for your service and you will be very satisfied! Teresa & Jerry.
Comfort Master is outstanding. We just installed a Geo Thermal system and everything went smoothly. The transition was painless and the techs were courteous and diligent. I would highly recommend Comfort Master for your heating and cooling needs.
