Myeyedr is okay but not the Newport one, they just suck, I recommend cold springs if you do go to one. Everyone tells me different things. They aren’t any help at all. Told me my contacts would be here in 3-4 days, It’s been 4 weeks and they just say call back in a week. Don't have a good selection of glasses. Don't have any communication.

Updates: They called me after seeing my review and made sure to get my contacts to me in a good manner and got me some extra supply, incredibly helpful the person I spoke with on the phone and hopefully they communication continues to get better!

Want to give a shoutout to the staff here: so kind and helpful! We had a last minute emergency and needed help with getting contacts and they were able to process our prescription so fast and helpfully. They’re the best!

Dr. Bloor was simply amazing. His energy and chair side manor is refreshing. Wish I was local I wouldn’t have a problem with a yearly visit. Then Kayla in the front worked my best deal and working on getting my contacts and glasses shipped to my home state. Thanks for working with this out of town old man that can’t see
