Appointments are efficiently managed, and after-hours urgent care is available. Patients appreciate the wonderful treatment they receive from the doctors and dentists, as well as the helpful staff.
I am the biggest chicken 💩 in northern Kentucky when it comes to the dentist. That is why I have the problems I have. I got up the nerve (and an abscess) to go to see them. Dr. Florus and her nurse Becca are absolutely amazing!!! During my extraction, I even laughed a couple of times. They put me at ease, they constantly checked that I want hurting let me know everything that was happening and why. I highly recommend these 2 professionals to anyone and everyone that is in need of dental work. They will take care of you!
Dr. Florus is the best. I have always been nervous as the dentist but not with her. She cares about everyone in her chair and is very good at explaining everything she is doing. Dr. Florus is Healthpoint’s best dentist hands down!
I see the nest provider, Nurse Thomas and she is amazing. The front desk staff is great. Now the patient's are not people I would associate with. But if you need good, reliable, fast care that accepts most insurances they can take care of you. The building is clean, nice parking lot and accepting patients when other providers have a large back log/ wait time to schedule with. Im not a fan of the patient portal but I am a fan of my favorite provider! Excellent credentials & kind beside manner Nurse K. Thomas, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC!
