This location is wonderful. The staff is friendly and the doctor has one of the most beautiful dispositions I have ever seen. I am the type of person who dreads appointments. I do not dread coming here.
The staff at America’s Best are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything step by step. Also they love to help you get the glasses you will love and lenses made your way. A wonderful place to get your eyes tested and glasses or contacts.
The good: desk staff and those who assist with purchasing eye wear/contacts were friendly and helpful but times I visited. The bad: eye doctor gives very little info, doesn't fully address concerns or answer questions thoroughly. The contacts were very pricy and didn't last as long as previous contacts. I realize this is likely the manufacturer at fault. I have gone to the online portal several times asking for my Rx to be sent to me. It never comes. Why have this feature on the website if it won't be responded to? I finally called and they told me it can only be picked up or mailed.
