Allen did two recalls on our Grand Design rig. I would have had to take it to the dealer and wait three months to get fixed. Very nice gentleman. Lucky to have mobile service in our area.
We had a little bit of an issue with our electric in the RV, I want to give a shout out to Case's Camper Service for great service! I got the part overnighted to me, he came today and put it in. We are back camping this weekend! did not miss a beat!!
Our popup is 19 years old and needed work done on it. We took it to Case’s to look at. We thought we would not get it for a month but in a weeks time it was ready to go. Faucet, caulking, refrigerator, sealing, air conditioner removal and most important the electrical hook up to the truck.
