We were not clients of theirs but after my cat was bit we called around to see who could get us in and thankfully they had an opening. Reasonably priced and staff were polite and attentive. As a new resident of Oldham county they will be who I will be moving all of our pets to! I told them how grateful I was there but wanted to leave a review as well! Note to people, they close completely for lunch from 12-1 so don’t plan to show up early for a one o’clock. Right on time works best 😉
Absolutely love this vet office! Dr. Chase & Dr. Sawyer always make us feel welcome and cared about! Highly recommend this office, the staff and care are unmatched! 10 out of 10!
Unfortunately the time came to euthanize our elderly cat. Dr. Quinn Cole was so kind to our family and handled the situation with such sensitivity and respect. He listed to our tributes and stories about to our Cookie and when the time came, he was gentle, kind, comforting, and kept us informed of what was happening. I really appreciate all of the staff at the Clinic but Dr. Cole's professionalism and kindness stuck with us on the drive home and throughout the evening as we said our final goodbyes. Thank you so much!
