Dr. Brown is so kind and listens to concerns then addresses them. He did not add extra to the cost. I really appreciate that as I am on Social Security and my income is like mired. The staff was the best I have ever ncountered in a very long time. They were friendly sociable and ready to assist with any need. I am so happy to have found them. They are awesome

We were not clients of theirs but after my cat was bit we called around to see who could get us in and thankfully they had an opening. Reasonably priced and staff were polite and attentive. As a new resident of Oldham county they will be who I will be moving all of our pets to! I told them how grateful I was there but wanted to leave a review as well! Note to people, they close completely for lunch from 12-1 so don’t plan to show up early for a one o’clock. Right on time works best ?
My late dog arial had went here for years and there people here have always been the best people, very caring, very sweet
