Highly recommend!! Our air unit was 16 years old & went out the weekend of July 4th around 5:00pm. I called Thorntons and got their emergency line & someone was here within 15-20 minutes to diagnose the problem. We decided to go with a new unit, so they got it running good enough to last us until they could get here to put the new one in. They showed up on time and were done within the day when it could have been a 2 day job! Can not speak highly enough of them!
We are very happy with the new Trane units Thorton installed for us! Noticeably quieter than our old units, and our house is very comfortable now. All the guys at Thorton are professional and did a great job on the installation.
