Mr Dave Ackley made my home buying experience the best experience it could be. He went above and beyond being available at anytime to recieve questions and he gets back with you super quick and sets up virtual tours which if your moving back from out of state like I was made things great was able to find and close on a house within I believe a month so I couldn't be happier with the outcome 10/10 would recommend to friends and family and strangers. Will definitely be giving him a call when it's time to buy my first investor property.

Becky and Mick Spann were our agents for both the sale of our house as well as the purchase of our new one, and they have gone above and beyond for my wife and myself. They are both knowledgeable, they have an extensive network of contacts in all sorts of professions for home repair and maintenance that have been very helpful, and were more than happy to accommodate our less-than-convenient schedule for viewings and late-night text questions. In short, I'd recommend Team Spann for anyone looking for an excellent and professional real estate agent duo that can easily handle anything that you might need.
