Not good at all. Either this engineer doesn't want or needs the work? He never returned two phone messages or a text message. I would think he would be professional enough to let me know that he's too busy or is just not interested?

Hired prime design for a inspection of my mother’s foundation, they were prompt, professional and very quick with their report. I would recommend prime design to anyone in northwest Kentucky that needs the services of an engineer.
