I started going Village Medical last week. I am a very difficult patient to take on but the staff all of them have been amazing. They send out referrals the same day. I’ve been able to get appointments as soon as I need them and everyone is so friendly and nice. I recommend Village Medical to anyone who needs a new primary care doctor. Kissa Dibble is an amazing nurse practitioner and spoke to me for almost 2 hours during our appointment. She did not rush me. She listened to everything. I had to say it was very understanding. I’ve never had a problem getting through when I need to make an appointment or them calling me back when it’s important. They are punctual and on the ball.
I have been a patient since 2002. I really am thankful to my Dr. He genuinely cares! Yes, when you call, it's a call center, BUT, they have always sent a message while I was on the phone, and I got a reply while I was in the phone. Also, I use the app, and can send and receive a message from my Dr!
