Today during my visit at Emerald Therapy, I was told I could no longer space my appointments out to every three months as I have done for years because the new owners now require all patients to be seen every single month. I am a cash-paying patient and no longer on a stimulant that requires drug screening, so there is no reason — when my medication is working well — for me to come in monthly. Even my provider agrees with this. My family physician will not manage this medication, which is now forcing me to look into other options for care. My care at Emerald has always been handled well by the providers, despite the billing department never having the same amount... read full review
This place has literally helped me change not only my life for the better, but also both of my children, and as a family!!! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to anyone!! The people in which I have experienced services with are ABSOLUTELY the best at lifting you up, and making you feel better about yourself so you have the opportunity and want to do better!
Sometimes all it takes is ONE person to believe in you, and Emerald Therapy does just that!!
Emerald is a wonderful place. The counselors and other staff at Emerald helped save my life. I came to Emerald addicted, homeless, and hopeless. I am now working, have a nice apartment to live in with my children, and will be graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Human Services in less than a year. I have been clean and sober for four years and a couple of weeks and if I can do it anyone can! Thank you all very much for believing in me and teaching me how to love myself, set boundaries, and have good coping skills. I will forever be grateful for my friends at Emerald in Murray, KY
